A new position has arisen within an established, well appointed Lender based just north of Birmingham.

The role of Mortgage Customer Assistant

  • Telephone Support and Client Assistance:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via telephone, providing professional and courteous assistance.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide clients with information on our services, lending options, and guide them through the application process.
  • Administrative Support to the Corporate Lending Director:
  • Assist the Corporate Lending Director / Manager with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation. Prepare and manage loan application documents, agreements, and client records to completion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM system.
  • Business Development Support:
  • Identify potential new business opportunities through client interactions and outreach.
  • Generate leads and set appointments for the Corporate Lending Director.
