Sales Advisor
- Annual Salary: £27,000 (rising to £28,113 after probation)

We are seeking a professional and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at the head office. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and effectively secure and process orders over the telephone.
Day to day of the role:
- Deliver high-level customer service over the phone.
- Convert calls into confirmed orders and secure sales.
- Upsell products/services where possible.
- Process orders and bookings efficiently.
- Take and process payment details accurately.
- Handle customer enquiries and queries with professionalism.
- Perform various general office administration duties.
- Support other team members as needed.
- Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional telephone manner at all times.
- Ensure accuracy in capturing customer information such as addresses, contact names, and numbers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and IT skills.
- Attention to detail for accurate information processing.
- Solid sales experience with an understanding of the sales process and upselling.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to use initiative.

- Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.

Working Hours:
- 9-hour shifts, including an hour's unpaid lunch break, on varying patterns between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on a rota basis (usually one in nine).
