Cherry Professional are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for an established company based in Bingham / Nottingham.

**What we are looking for:

Understanding of clients requirements

  • Excellent Customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to be highly organised and prioritise key tasks
  • Computer literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel etc
  • Attention to detail is key
  • A positive pro-active attitude
  • A genuine enthusiasm to learn and develop your own skills and knowledge

Key responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments with residents via telephone, letters and emails
  • Liaise with clients regarding programme of works
  • Assist commercial department with valuations
  • Review hazardous substance reports and raise concerns with the relevant Contracts Manager
  • Liaise with customers and scheme managers regarding access, keep records of all data
  • Data entry
  • Closeout projects with Operation & Maintenance Manuals
