Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the rapidly expanding Employee Services (ES) business as a share plan Implementation Manager. This exciting role will require you to own the on-boarding of new clients, successfully won from a varying number of sources i.e. IPO's, competitor wins, RFP's, new product implementations. You will be a part of a friendly, fast paced team of individuals who are highly focused on client task delivery, working on multiple clients across the Employee Services products: All Employee (SIP and SAYE) and Premier (Discretionary, Executive and Global Nominee). Our aim is to provide expertise to the client and key stakeholders as you guide, support and on-board the new plans seamlessly into the ES business. Strong communication, collaboration and desire to work closely with others is required to ensure the on-boarding process is a success and that we provide a first class service to the client throughout.

Main Purpose of Job

A key aspect of the role is to own and manage the implementation of all new share plans into the ES business. Using template process you will work through the key stages of scoping the service, drafting and agreeing a timetable of events, planning and preparation, creating the Employee Portal, production of documentation including client and payroll administration manuals, act as liaison with key stakeholders, internally and externally. Chair planning meetings, face to face or conference calls and capture, follow through any actions. Cover any Employee Portal demonstrations. Provide an excellent day to day service to the client throughout the implementation period and the transition to BAU handover.

This could be the first service touch point the new client has experienced with Equiniti, so it's imperative the ES Implementation Manager is a confident individual who can build relationships effectively and have strong planning and organisational skills. Knowledge of employee share plans product along with experience in delivering client facing projects would be an advantage.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

  • Meet with client to discuss new business and product requirements and agree delivery timeline
  • Planning and delivery of various new business or new products
  • Supporting client as SME with technical queries relating to plan set up and ongoing administration processes
  • Hold regular planning meetings (face to face or conference calls) and keep stakeholders updated
  • Working with Employee Services Operations and other key business and Relationship areas to deliver client specific requirements
  • Working with other service providers (administrators, payrolls, client appointed designers, printers, translators, legal advisors)
  • Ensure agreed work is delivered in-line with contractual service specifications
  • Ensure ES Operational teams and key business areas understand clients service requirements
  • Ensure all task documentation conforms to regulatory and compliance requirements prior to client sign off
  • Production of the administration manual outlining, key event processes, client and payroll roles and responsibilities including necessary file formats
  • Provide marketing communication and support client task roadshows / presentations
  • Assist new Business Development Manager / RM / RD / BIDs with RFP's and tenders
  • Provide detailed BAU handover to CSM / CRM / Support Team once implementation complete
  • Conduct Post Implementation Review (PIR) and capture any lessons learnt.
  • Adhoc travel when required
