Our client, a multi-disciplinary surveying and town planning consultancy are currently recruiting for a Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis from their Brentwood office.
The ideal candidate will have previously had experience in a broad range of Building Surveying duties such as dilapidations, contract administration, defect diagnosis, schedules of condition, party wall work, building surveys and more.
Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor Position Overview
- Residential, Commercial and Heritage work
- Level 3 Building Surveys predominantly but not limited to this
- Refurbishment and Extension projects
Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor Position Requirements
- MRICS Status
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar
- Broad Building Surveying experience which includes surveying for residential / commercial refurbishment and extension projects.
Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
- Salary: £60k - £65k (Guide only - DOE)
