They are currently looking for an individual to join their team in Norwich as a Project Architect with the ability to work a project through all RIBA Stages, in addition to someone who has previous experience working on existing building projects.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Some overtime may be required as and when a project demands
- This position is office based - Norwich

Project Architect requirements:
- ARB Registered Architect
- Must have at least 3 years working for a UK-based practice
- Experience in working on projects for existing buildings
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and NBS.
- Knowledge of ArchiCAD would be ideal but not essential as training can be given
- Exceptional design and communication skills
- Ability to manage all RIBA Stages of work
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and budget requirements
- Knowledge of the UK planning process and building regulations.
