We are currently recruiting for Senior Creative Artworker to join our passionate and driven team based at our client's site in Ipswich

As a Senior Creative Artworker, you will be the cornerstone of our creative production team. You will support our fast-paced marketing team by delivering high-quality artwork swiftly and accurately. Your role will involve collaborating with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure our visual communications are compelling and consistent with our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality artwork for various marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure artwork is delivered on time and meets the required specications.
  • Retouch, resize and adapt existing artwork to t dierent formats and channels.
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity across all artwork and materials.
  • Prepare nal artwork les for print and digital publication.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign needs quickly and precisely.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and software updates to keep our production cutting-edge.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Mentor junior artworkers and guide them to maintain high production standards.

Creative Artworking Production:

The success of our marketing campaigns relies heavily on the speed and accuracy of our innovative production. As a Senior Creative Artworker, your ability to produce high-quality artwork swiftly is crucial. You will be expected to work under tight deadlines without sacricing quality, ensuring every piece of artwork is pixel-perfect and ready for publication.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Speed and Eciency:

You will be required to turn around artwork quickly while maintaining the highest standards. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it demands resilience and a proactive approach to managing heavy workloads.

  • Attention to Detail:

Precision is critical. Every artwork must meet our exacting standards, from colour accuracy to typography, ensuring a consistent and polished nal product.

  • Multi-Channel Adaptation:

You will need to adapt creative assets for various platforms and formats, including print, digital, and social media, each with its unique specications and requirements.

  • Final File Preparation:

Preparing artwork les for nal output, whether for print or digital publication, requires a deep understanding of production processes and technical requirements.

  • Quality Control:

Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control measures to ensure all artwork is error-free and aligns with our brand guidelines.

  • Leadership:

As a senior team member, you will mentor junior artworkers, fostering high standards and continuous improvement culture.

This role is designed for seasoned professionals with substantial experience in creative production. Junior designers and those lacking experience in a high-volume, high-pressure environment will nd the demands of this position overwhelming.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite:

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.

  • Powerpoint:

Expert-level knowledge and understanding of PowerPoint, as well as the ability to quickly create accurate and compelling presentations.

  • Eye for Detail:

Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every piece of artwork meets our high standards.

  • Creative Production Speed:

Ability to produce high-quality work quickly and eciently, often under tight deadlines.

  • Graphic Design Skills:

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.

  • File Preparation:

Procient in preparing les for both digital and print outputs.

  • Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.

  • Time Management:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time eectively.

  • Adaptability:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Problem-Solving:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualication in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related eld
  • Experience in a similar marketing or creative agency role.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Eects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design is an advantage.
