Description
- Oversee the management of insurance claims and policy renewals
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend suitable insurance policies
- Provide regular reports on claims status and insurance policies
- Work closely with legal advisors and other departments
- Liaise with insurance companies and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and guidelines
- Recommend improvements to minimise risks and costs
- Manage Property, Injury Claims & Japaneses knot weed claims
Profile
A successful Insurance and Claims Manager should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in managing claims for property
- Commercial Property experience would be a bonus but not a necessity
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and risk management
