Are you passionate about the beauty industry and ready to take on a challenging role in a dynamic company? We are recruiting for a National Account Manager to manage a Fragrance portfolio. This role will manage key accounts, develop strategic plans, and drive sales growth.

Our London-based Beauty client specialise in the dynamic sales, marketing, and distribution of beauty products. With their extensive industry knowledge and experience, they identify desirable beauty products and establish successful partnerships with retailers, making them a leader in the UK market.

They are seeking a National Account Manager to focus on their Fragrance portfolio. In this role, you will manage Chains and Key Accounts within the UK market, working across a broad spectrum of accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive profitable sales growth. This involves developing account strategies, negotiating contracts, analysing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This hybrid role is based in London with time spent with your account base.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
Build and nurture relationships with key clients and retail partners.
Negotiate contracts and promotional plans to drive sales growth.
Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to align strategies.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Manage account budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fragrance market.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Proven ambition and experience in account management, sales, or business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Analytical and strategic thinker with a keen eye for market trends.
Knowledge of the beauty or consumer goods industry.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
