They are based in Tilbury at the heart of the shipping industry in the Southeast. They handle importations and exportations of all/any cargos by multimodal means- Air, Sea, Road & Rail.
Job responsibilities: Part time Filing Clerk
- Sort, organise and maintain office records accurately.
- Streamline document filing process always ensuring their availability.
- Putting files, digital or paper, into their proper locations.
- Maintain a record of the documents filed and removed.
- Organise and archive records and documents.
- Use numerical systems to organise paper and electronic records documents.
- Process requests for files and details
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of records.
- Maintain company archives
Job Requirements: Part Time Filing Clerk
- Experience working in an office setting.
- Previous clerical experience.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Knowledge of filing systems
- Must own their own vehicle.
- Must have a clean license.
- Must be insured for work related driving.
- Good communication skills and friendly personality.
- Strong and dynamic team player.
Job Remunerations: Part time Filing clerk
- Hours: 3 ½ hours, 3-days a week.
- Salary: £14hr
