The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our marketing team on a full time 12 month contact basis. In this role you will devise and implement the data and search marketing plans across key audiences in the property sector. You will support the delivery of integrated marketing plans to drive brand awareness, sales growth and customer retention. Working collaboratively across teams and departments, you will maintain consistent brand messaging, narrative and positioning, to represent the data and search division in the best possible way in market. This is an exciting time to join Landmark as you will be involved in launching new products to the market over the next year due to a transformational change in the property industry.

The role will involve;

  • Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager to devise and implement the data and search marketing plans across key audiences in the property sector, to drive key business metrics including MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities
  • Support the delivery of integrated marketing plans to drive brand awareness, sales growth and customer retention
  • Work collaboratively across teams and departments to maintain consistent brand messaging, narrative and positioning, to represent the data and search division in the best possible way in market
  • Supporting management of marketing budgets and billing/invoicing
  • Support internal communication
  • Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and corporate identity toolkit

About You

You will be a confident and tenacious individual with a senior marketing executive background, with a strong creative outlook. You will be flexible and adaptable with excellent communication skills and keen to take on a new challenge.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Experience in email, social and event/webinar management
  • Experience with Hubspot for inbound marketing and marketing automation
  • Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work closely with product and sales teams to create compelling communications which support growth and retention
  • Experience in working in the property industry preferred
