This development includes a variety of houses, along with contemporary and period-styled apartments, providing an outstanding selection of new and refurbished homes. This is a superb opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to become part of a renowned company known for its dedication to excellence and innovation in the housing industry.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will become a member of a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality residential projects. The Quantity Surveyor will manage all costs associated with building and civil engineering projects, from initial estimates to final calculations. Working closely with senior management, the Quantity Surveyor will ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential development projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
