All our leads are inbound, and focus on educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy.
Role Overview: As a Telesales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Tele-Sales Executives who engage with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring the team is well-informed about our products, providing competitive quotes, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Ensure team members have the necessary product knowledge and resources to maximize sales.
- Training & Development: Train, develop, and coach telesales advisors to achieve their full potential. Conduct regular performance evaluations and set targets for individual team members.
- Performance Tracking: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the telesales team and track performance against targets. Implement effective monitoring and reporting systems.
- Continuous Monitoring: Regularly monitor team performance and provide additional training as required.
- Recruitment: Expand the team through continuous recruitment efforts.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and achievements in our CRM system.
- Technology Upgrades: Collaborate with the IT department to upgrade telesales technology infrastructure and contribute to the development of future growth strategies.
- Reporting: Create monthly reports to present to the Directors.

- Ability to lead from the front with operational experience and system knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Solid sales and negotiation skills.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
- Ability to develop and implement effective telesales strategies.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Good computer skills.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems (preferred but not required).
