Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer growth and loyalty in target segments
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing initiatives to support cross-sell and up-sell goals, ensuring KPIs are met
  • Design and utilise customer personas to optimise campaign outreach and messaging
  • Report campaign progress and performance to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Work with the wider marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and optimisation of customer outreach efforts
  • Utilise marketing automation platforms for campaign execution and tracking

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing complex marketing campaigns (5+ years)
  • Expertise in B2B marketing, particularly in lead generation across multiple channels including digital, social, email, events, and content marketing
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (Eloqua preferred) and CRM platforms like Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work autonomously and with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a knack for collaboration
