The Agency
My client is a leading media agency partnering with clients within the live entertainment industry.
The Role
Your main responsibilities as Social Media Manager are to manage end-to-end social strategy and activation for a range of clients. Your role includes:
- Manage social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X)
- Develop and execute social media strategies
- Handle client and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee social media asset creation
- Organize content capture (photo/video)
- Write brand-aligned social media copy
- Engage in community management
- Mentor junior team members
- Monitor performance dashboards (Brandwatch)
- Report on team impact in client meetings
- Track trends and identify opportunities
- Available for evening/weekend work as needed
About You
- 3+ years' social media experience.
- A passion or previous experience with theatre or entertainment.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Skilled in capturing and editing social media content (static images and videos/Reels)
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Active user of various social media platforms and online communities.
- Experience with office tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
