Job Title: Site Administrator
Location: Gloucester
Salary : Up to £26k DOE
Job Type: Permanent, Office based (with some remote and flexible working available)
Hours: Mon - Fri - 37.5 hours
Our client based in Gloucester is looking for a highly organised person with excellent administrative skills and a passion for quality and safety.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Quality Manager, handling documentation, carrying out risk assessments, and assisting in the introduction of new quality standards across the
Duties include :
Type and proofread documents, correspondence, and reports.
Assist with incident and non-conformity investigations
Assist in the development of health, safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures
Assist in carrying out audits
Carry out new employee inductions
Complete administrative tasks and support wider QHSE team
The Person:
Excellent communicator both written and verbal
Excellent planning, organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.
Good Administrative skills
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing or QHSE environment.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
