Part-time HR Assistant - Hybrid working

We're seeking a HR Assistant to join an established company based in Amersham on an ongoing part-time basis.

This is an excellent position that would suit someone with previous HR experience (at any level) and looking for part-time hours.

The company can offer flexibility on working days & hours including:

  • 3 to 4 full days a week
  • 4 to 5 school hour days a week
  • 2 full days and 2 short

Currently, this role is a temporary position expected to last at least 3 months to provide the HR team with essential support. However, if the volume continues to stay consistent the position will be extended.

Hybrid working and onsite parking

£15 - £17ph depending on experience

Duties include:

  • Preparing HR-related documentation.
  • Supporting the employee onboarding process including writing offer letters, sending out contracts, and ensuring onboarding documents are returned.
  • Recruitment process support including checking job descriptions, booking interviews and carrying out reference checks.
  • Maintaining up-to-date employee information on the CRM system
  • Policy proofreading
  • System updating and tidying
  • Any ad-hoc HR related duties.

The suitable candidate:

  • Previous HR experience
  • Strong administration skills.
  • A high attention to detail.
  • Strong team player.
  • Strong communication skills on all levels.
