Adecco is proud to be working in partnership with a customer centric Public Sector organisation who are seeking a Senior Reward Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. As the Senior Reward Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing the organisation's total reward strategy, including compensation, pensions, and benefits.

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: circa £70,000 - £76,000k

Working Pattern: Full time, hybrid working available

As the Senior Reward Analyst, you will bring your technical expertise and leadership to shape and execute the company's total reward strategy. Your responsibilities will include managing daily reward requirements, such as compensation, pensions, benefits, and the annual pay review and performance pay process.

In this role, you will oversee the operation and promotion of the pensions and benefits portfolio, managing contracts, budgets, and risks associated with third-party providers and benefits suppliers. Your focus will be on delivering value for money and ensuring the relevance and effective performance of the portfolio. You will also contribute to maintaining the salary and job framework, establishing, and maintaining systems and processes for job creation, evaluation, grading, and organisational design.

Additionally, you will be responsible for statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, including Gender Pay reporting. As the Senior Reward Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation's reward strategy and contribute to its continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the organisation's total reward strategy.
  • Maintain oversight of compensation, pensions, and benefits processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practises and benchmark pay and benefits.
  • Manage the pensions and benefits portfolio, including contracts, budgets, and risks.
  • Maintain the salary and job framework and ensure compliance with legislative reporting requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Significant experience working in reward with up-to-date knowledge of reward practices and compensation and benefits management.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing pension schemes.
  • Demonstrable experience in undertaking job evaluation and reward benchmarking with the ability to implement pay and reward outcomes.
  • A commercial individual with the ability to align reward policy and practices to business objectives.
  • Highly analytical with Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and influence up to senior executive level.
  • Ability to build working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
