Client Services Representative
Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

Are you ready to shine in a dynamic environment? We're looking for a professional and enthusiastic client services representative to join a prestigious showroom in Cheltenham! This is a fantastic chance for Sparky grads to showcase their customer service and communication skills.
What You'll Do:
- Be the welcoming face for all walk-in customers
- Support the brand manager in various tasks
- Build and nurture relationships with clients
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the brand
- Allocate sales leads to the Sales Executives
- Complete daily reports and administrative duties
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in administration or customer service is essential
- A strong track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
