Payroll Manager - Leeds - Up to 65K - Hybrid
I am working with a global organisation with offices in London and Leeds who are looking for a Payroll Manager to manage a team of 8, who look process weekly and monthly payroll with Resourcelink.
The successful candidate with have experience managing payroll functions, experience of high-volume payrolls and experience of implementing processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- managing a team of 8 supporting with development and training
- support team processing monthly and weekly payrolls up to 5000 headcount
- Work with key stakeholders across the business to align with payroll
- Assist Head of Payroll with any projects or internal training
- Ensure updated processes and controls for accurate payrolls
- Previous experience managing a payroll function
- Experience of running an in-house payroll.
