We are looking for Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to work in our schools across Hampshire.
As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning across various classes. You will work closely with teachers, provide cover for absent staff, and lead classroom activities and support student learning to ensure a seamless educational experience for students.
- Previous experience as an HLTA or a teaching assistant with classroom leadership experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Passionate about education and supporting student learning.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in different school environments within Hampshire.
