You will work for a leading educational institute, covering a region across Berkshire, north London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire area.
You will work as a maintenance surveyor working with surveys, general maintenance projects. You will manage high quality building and estate maintenance surveying, condition surveying, preparation of maintenance plans, cost estimates, statutory compliance and the delivery of associated minor capital improvement projects to meet the needs of the organisation on an individual school basis and to proactively support schools in maintaining their buildings and wider school environment in a safe and compliant manner.
You will work from home, and travel to site. You will be expected to travel between 6000 - 7000 miles per year.
You will be paid up to £48000 as well as a generous pension package.
