Pure are working exclusivity with a growing organisation who are looking for a Key Account Client Operator
You will be processing orders from customers as directed and managing one of the client's biggest Account holder.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate with customers to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- To complete all paperwork promptly and accurately and in accordance with Legislation.
- Report to the General Manager/Planners any issues surrounding the transport administrative function.
- Comply with all Health & Safety requirements in our depot as directed by the senior management team
- To take ownership of the administrative function throughout the transport operational process
- Respond to customer Requests immediately
- Excellent Customer Service skills for being relationships with key account client
Key Specification:
- Previous experience of working in an administrative role
- Client Management and relationship experience
- Must be fully IT conversant with packages such as MS Word / Excel and e-mail.
- Good communicator within a team based environment
- Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Numeracy and Literacy skills are essential
- Works with minimal supervision and is prepared to use own initiative
- Previous experience of working in within a Logistics Environment would be advantageous
