You will support your team in providing a professional food service across our Conference, Banqueting, Restaurant and Events.

- Understand and deliver all contractual terms.
- Communicate proactively with the client and day visitors and to build a solid relationship to aid future retention and business.
- Always promote the venue and act as a Compass advocate.
- To ensure a structured team meeting is held on a regular basis.
- To ensure the team deliver product and service that meets and exceeds customer expectation.
- Actively encourage and use feedback to build action plans for continuous improvement.
- To understand all financial elements of the business and to inspire confidence in this knowledge.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and work collaboratively with the team to implement.
- Motivation of the team to drive revenue, measure, and feedback on progress.
- Support with the marketing strategy for the venue.
- Ensure the team is HSE compliant
- Effectively Manage P&L
