RESEARCH MANAGER (SOCIAL RESEARCH - 12 MONTH FTC)

We're working exclusively with a leading provider in careers education. After receiving funding to undertake an exciting new project they're now looking for a mixed methods researcher to come in and help spearhead the project and deliver strategic insights to stakeholder. If you're looking to step into an in-house role this is a great opportunity to grow and develop your quant and qual skills.
THE ROLE:
The Research Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Work across quantitative and qualitative projects
- Work in tandem with junior team members to deliver projects.
- Moderation and analysis
- Delivering debriefs
- Help mentor more junior members of the team and assist with their professional development.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The Research Manager will have:
- Excellent communication
- Extensive Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Project management skills
- Problem-solving and creative thinking ability.
- A background in social research is ideal
