Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience £85-100 per day

**Key Responsibilities:
- As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide 1:1 support to students with special educational needs (SEN) or those requiring additional help with their learning.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with class teachers and SEN coordinators to ensure the child's needs are met.
- Support the student in developing social skills and encouraging positive behavior.
- Help with classroom activities, including lesson preparation and general administrative tasks.
- Monitor and record the student's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
**Requirements:
- Education: A degree in psychology, education, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Experience: Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant, or with children, particularly those with SEN, is advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's educational and emotional development.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different school environments and work collaboratively within a team. Able to travel to Guildford.
- Commitment: Willingness to commit to a long-term role and build strong, supportive relationships with the students you assist.
