- Monday to Friday (7am-4pm / 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm)
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings paid as enhanced overtime (4 hours)

Automotive Service Administrator - We currently have a number of exciting opportunities for our commercial truck client who have dealerships and workshop across the Northwest and surrounding areas.
We are seeking a skilled and customer focused Service Administrator with an automotive background to join a vibrant and supportive automotive service team based in Liverpool.
The service team play a pivotal role in ensuring all HGV customers, documentation and systems are kept running smoothly to enhance relationships both internally and externally.
The job: Automotive Service Administrator
- You will be an important part of the service team and be an excellent team player.
- You will not only be the first point of contact for our valued HGV customers but also an integral part of ensuring smooth administrative operations.
- Maintain accurate service department records and systems.
- Maintain the interface between dealership systems and those of the manufacturer/distributor.
- Conduct all transactions with precision and maintain clear records.
- Uphold a consistently professional and courteous welcome for all visitors.
- Record and pass messages promptly and accurately to relevant personnel.
- Ensure efficient telephone connections, considering busy times and ongoing meetings.
- Enhance the reputation of the business during interactions with others.
- File completed invoiced job card histories and conduct annual archiving of job cards.
- Maintaining order numbers, and invoicing retail customers when required
- Liasing with clients face to face, via email and telephone
- Reviewing booking availability, booking in vehicles and accurately documenting booking based on customer requirements and documenting relevant recorded information.
- Responsible for raising defect related estimates.
Experience required: Service Administrator
- Ideally some Automotive or Commercial vehicle industry experience
- Experience working with Kerridge is a distinct advantage
- Experience in similar industry preferred
- Ability to think analytically and problem solve
