We are seeking a passionate and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our team, which is based in the heart of Caerphilly. The successful individual will be responsible for building and managing their own portfolio of clients (temporary and permanent roles). Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, however, strong sales skills and bundles of energy and drive are essential.

Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000pa + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound calls and networking.
  • Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing various channels to source and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and our internal database.
  • Interview Coordination: Arranging and conducting interviews, providing feedback, and managing the candidate journey.
  • Market Research: Staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or a sales-driven role is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and candidates effectively.
  • Energy & Drive: A high level of energy and motivation to make outbound calls and achieve targets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong PC skills, including familiarity with recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Character: Ability to work in a pressurised environment, achieve targets and timescales due to the nature of the sector.

Hours of Work:
8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
