Interaction Recruitment are working with a well established company based in Alfreton who due to expansion are looking for a CNC Miller to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Position: CNC Miller
Location: Alfreton
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000
Day shift pattern - 6-2 or 2-10pm (Mon-Thurs) - 6-11:30 or 11:30 - 5pm (Fridays)
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimise manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Always adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller, with expertise in operating Mazak or Fanuc machinery.
- trong attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Willingness to work night shifts and flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
