Crayside Consulting is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our company based in Basingstoke. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £30000 - £40000 (DOE) plus excellent benefits.

Crayside Consulting is an award-winning multidisciplinary design and survey consultancy in the critical infrastructure sector. With strong financials and a big vision for the future, we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant. In this role you will play a big part in the next chapters of our story working as an integral part of our office support team alongside our Directors' and Engineers. As well as your Executive Assistant responsibilities, you will focus on continuous improvement, consistency and best practice in the business as well as recruitment, onboarding and HR.

As an Executive Assistant, your roles and responsibilities are:

  • Supporting our MD in day-to-day activities, diary management and communication with clients, the team and candidates
  • Preparation and coordination of management meetings, board meetings, taking notes, following up on actions to drive things forward
  • Proofreading, writing emails and staff communications
  • Being the ‘go to' for client interfacing and first interaction
  • Responsible for arranging and organising meetings and travel
  • Supporting Directors with HR administration and people management activities from employee onboarding to exit processes, take ownership of HR processes and initiatives
  • Leading the administration team
  • A social and cultural champion, bringing the team together for events, activities and fun creating special moments that live long in the memory making Crayside a great place to work.
  • Mental Health First aider.

What skills and exposure would we love you to bring to the team?

  • Previous PA/EA experience enabling you to work closely with our MD as a trusted advisor
  • Effective communications skills, able to interact with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Previous experience of HR administration or working knowledge of HR processes, would be advantageous
  • Fantastic organisational skills are highly important for building and running several projects and tasks
  • Meticulous level of attention to detail
  • If you have previous experience of Health & Safety, Compliance, Quality and Continuous Improvement that would be valuable
