Field Planning Manager - Sheffield

Are you experienced in Field Planning? Have you managed a team before?

If so, Marston Holdings have an exciting opportunity to join our Engage Field team, managing a small team and overseeing all field planning duties with the company!

The successful candidate will support the management of the team based in Sheffield and Helmshore, ensuring work is planned efficiently and accurately for various field-based teams, maximising utilisation. Working with a range of stakeholders and 3rd party contractors, the manager will be proactive to deliver on set targets and objectives.

What you will be doing:

  • Driving performance and develop visibility of team requirements
  • Lead on the resource and recruitment planning
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Being a part of projects, both business wide and departmental
  • Reviewing process and procedures within the team to drive efficiencies
  • Providing performance data for the SLT

What we are looking for:

  • Field planning experience.
  • Experience managing a team of people.
  • Experience in enhancing/improving performance within a team and developing staff.
  • Track record of delivering against KPIs.
  • Communicating with clients directly and strong customer service approach.
