I am currently representing a leading law firm based in Luton that is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with over three years of PQE to take the next step in their career within a firm that values professional development and offers a supportive work environment.

The Role:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, working with a range of clients from SMEs to larger organizations. The role involves advising on property acquisitions, disposals, lease agreements, and developments. You will play a key role in the firm's growing property practice, providing expert legal advice and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
  • Advising clients on property-related legal issues, including landlord and tenant matters.
  • Managing your own caseload with autonomy while working collaboratively within the team.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.

Ideal Candidate:
