HR Manager & EA - Part-Time

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR person to join a creative and passionate business based in Maidenhead in a newly created role. This is a busy, varied role, you will need strong organisational skills and problem-solving skills and be excited at the prospect of building the role from scratch and really making it your own.

The role:

  • Use HR experience to build the role and implement new processes (with support of external agency)
  • Recruitment, onboarding and issuing contracts
  • Act as Data Privacy Officer
  • Organise staff training and appraisals
  • Ensuring policies and handbooks are up to date and adhere to current legislation
  • Manage staff holidays and sickness charts
  • Provide EA support to Chief Exec and senior leadership team
  • Reporting and analysis of data
  • Admin support for projects and programmes
  • Diary management

The right person:

  • Solid experience in an HR Generalist or management position
  • Previous experience within office administration
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work on own initiative with a solution-focussed approach
  • Flexible, proactive attitude
