Day to day of the role:
- Maintain and update financial records and databases.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a financial administration role.
- Strong knowledge of financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
