Mortgage Advisor - £26k-30k basic (£75k OTE)
Your background:
- CeMAP qualified.
- 1+ years of experience as a mortgage advisor.
- Proven track record in high-energy sales environments with a demonstrated ability to overachieve targets.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for delighting customers.
- Self-starter, highly motivated to grow your income rapidly.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal team members.
- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills—able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with complex mortgage cases and specialist lenders is a plus but not required.
What you'll do:
- Work with the support of a dedicated case manager and customer support team, allowing you to focus on delivering the best possible results for customers.
- Participate in regular training, one-on-ones, and team meetings to identify areas for improvement and highlight what's working well.
- Pay close attention to customer feedback and processes, ensuring the best customer service for a seamless journey.
- Act as a feedback loop to Operations and Development teams as we continuously improve our platform, customer journey, and service model.

- Compensation: £26,000 - £30,000 base salary / £75,000 OTE against year one KPIs.
