Pertemps is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join their client's well established and very successful firm based in Plymouth.

- £36,000 - £46,000 p/a with uncapped BONUS!
- Full time, Monday - Friday

They're looking for someone who has experience of a regulated IFA/restricted adviser environment and a track record of conducting FCA regulated business. This would suit a current Financial Advisor looking for a change or a Paraplanner looking for a step up in their career!
As the Financial Advisor, you will build strong relationships with clients and integrate into company strategies, values and Investment Committees to help achieve goals. You will work closely with the Managing Director developing the skills required to become a successful Wealth Adviser.
Responsibilities
:
- Offering full Independent Financial Advice to clients
- Growing a client bank.
- Regular leads/appointments will be provided to help in achieving a targeted minimum 10% growth per annum of the business and therefore 10% growth in remuneration each year.
- You will be very professional, enthusiastic, client focussed with great integrity and able to simplify solutions for clients.
Skills required:
- Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum
- FCA regulated environment experience
- The ability to grow a client bank
