Job Description:
As an Experienced Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in their busy office, responsible for managing property sales from instruction to completion. This role demands a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills who can take initiative, build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, handling sales from initial enquiry through to completion
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to buyers and sellers
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best outcome for all parties
- Take the initiative in identifying new sales opportunities and converting leads into sales
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout
- Prepare marketing materials, property descriptions, and manage listings to attract potential buyers
- Handle all sales-related paperwork and compliance, ensuring all transactions meet legal and company requirements
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient property sales processes
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property sector essential
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- A proactive and results-driven attitude
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Familiarity with property software and MS Office Suite is a plus
