Software Trainer & Solutions Validation Consultant
An award winning, leading provider of digital transformation solutions has a new opportunity available for a Software Trainer to join their team. The role involves designing and delivering training programs as well as validating new software features, writing training materials, and providing feedback on recurring issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training courses (online and in-person)
- Write training materials for e-Learning and direct customer delivery
- Validate software features for usability and robustness, ensuring customers are getting what they wanted.
- Participate in alpha and beta testing of new releases
- Provide frontline support and additional content-related services
Candidate Profile:
- Experience with teaching people how to use web application software (preferable but not essential would-be CMS/website training experience e.g., Joomla, Drupal, Sitecore)
- Experience in writing training materials and delivering courses, face to face and/or eLearning
- Attention to detail and focus on best UX practices
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of web functionality and content management
- Knowledge of information architecture and accessibility tools
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 processes and SEO best practices
Benefits:
