HR Advisor

SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic software business in Coventry who are on the look out for a HR Advisor to come and join their team.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a keen HR generalist who is experienced in providing comprehensive HR support to colleagues and management throughout the business as well as managing complex ER cases and be involved in various project work across the organisation. This HR Advisor will play a vital part in the team and be reporting directly to the Head of HR. This role will be the ideal next step for someone who is looking to develop and enhance their current HR skills but also be keen to gain and add tools to their belt!

Day-to-day duties will include;
- Providing advise and support to colleagues and managers for all HR related issues.
- Assist and support with the recruitment process.
- Support with be involved in various HR project and initiatives such as employee engagement and training and development.
- Manage ER cases including; grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Support with the reviewing and development of new policies and procedures.

The ideal skills / qualifications you will hold;
- In depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR.
- Strong communication skills and relationship building.
- High attention to detail
- Have management ER cases in a previous role
- Ideally CIPD Level 3/5 obtained or studying
