Location: Ideally suit a candidate who resides in the Bournemouth to Brighton area or the Thames Valley area due to concentration of projects.

Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Responsibility for typically 4-5 projects running at once from sales handover to delivery.
  • Review and management of project progress and timelines.
  • Work closely with the Construction Director, providing progress reports.
  • Effective management of cost control and commercials throughout the project.
  • Management of subcontractors on site, typically via the Site Manager.
  • Ensure the highest quality is maintained throughout the project.
  • Develop a positive client relationship ensuring repeat business.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant experience of working in an Interiors / Construction / Fit out company.
  • Previous success managing a variety of smaller fit-out projects of differing values.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices.
  • A commercial mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Continually seeking ways to improve and innovate to enhance the customer experience.
  • Proficient with Office 365.
  • Experienced working with PM systems such as MS Project and Procore.
  • Full driving licence.
