Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well known organisation based in Hackbridge, who are looking for Schedulers or Call Centre Agents to join their buzzy team!

This is very different to the average Call Centre Agent role; you will be handling incoming calls and taking information, asking questions to ensure high quality of information is obtained, liaising with internal and external contacts, and providing important input into the outcome of each and every call. As a Call Centre Agent you will have to diagnose problems and handle complaints whilst handling high volumes of calls.

Specific responsibilities of the Call Centre Agent role:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Asking pertinent questions to obtain accurate information
  • Fault diagnosing
  • Sending engineers out
  • Handling complaints
  • High volume call handling
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience ideally in a telephone based role
  • Experience dealing with engineers
  • Confident and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
