Sales Administrator

Are you strong at building relationships? Do you love to support clients and problem-solve?

We are recruiting a Sales Administrator/ Account Manager to join a growing business and be pivotal within their sales team.

The role does not require outbound sales but is more focused on growing current accounts, building relationships with existing clients, and solving any issues in the sales process.

You will need to offer top-end support as the industry has high expectations for its products. The most important elements for the role are strong multi-tasking skills, good communication skills and to be switched on and assertive in this busy role.

My client uses Salesforce so experience in this would be advantageous but not essential. You will, however, need to have experience with using a CRM or Database to collect customer data and update accordingly.

I am interested in hearing from people who have experience in Account Management roles, Sales Administration or any type of customer service office-based position dealing with customers or clients.

This is a full-time and permanent office-based role with working hours of 8am - 4pm with some small flexibility with start/finish times. The salary is up to £38,000.
