Smart Workforce Solutions- part of the Smart Solutions Group- is a leading provider of recruitment solutions, committed to delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. With a focus on building long-term relationships and understanding the unique needs of each individual.
We pride ourselves on the service we provide to both our candidates and clients, this will be a full 360 role overseeing recruitment for HGV driving positions, you will get busy getting to know our current client base as well as obtaining new business within the region.
You will be the driving force behind your job filling process, and we have a live desk with positions that require immediate filling as well as an existing client base to grow to get you started. You will also benefit from our uncapped commission scheme, training development plan and great benefits package.
Key Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to identify the best talent for our clients.
- Become a market professional to both clients and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job briefing to offer negotiation and placement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to provide informed advice and recommendations.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets, demonstrating a commitment to delivering results.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates

Skills & Experience Required
- Agency recruitment experience essential.
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with high-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Relevant industry knowledge and understanding of market trends
