Role Overview

An operations Director oversees the daily operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with standards. They provide strategic direction, collaborate with other departments, and drive performance and growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Manage and supervise operations staff, providing guidance, feedback, training, and mentoring.
  • Allocate and manage resources, budget, and inventory.
  • Champion a unified approach across the organisation for operational efficiency and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Maintain high standards of SLA and KPI compliance in support and project delivery.

  • Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimise end-to-end processes to drive revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Support the development and implementation of organisational strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of operations, project management, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent computer skills for business intelligence and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PSA, BI/MI tools, SAP, ERP, and CRM.
  • Ability to use BI/MI dashboards for performance measures and company growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for team training and motivation.
  • Expertise in problem-solving to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of operational efficiency and product quality standards.
  • Experience in managing vendor and partner relationships.
  • Understanding of industry legal rules, guidelines, and business principles.
  • Position Overview
  • Seeking an operational leader experienced in driving change and leading from the front. This critical role reports directly to the COO and is part of the Senior Leadership Team. The Operations Director will drive operational excellence, commercial efficiency, client satisfaction, and continuous growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient procedures.
  • Optimise team structure and performance against KPIs.
  • Directly manage Regional Project Managers and Operations Managers.
  • Oversee recruitment and on boarding in partnership with finance and HR.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to set strategic goals and implement operational enhancements.
  • Manage strategic relationships with external partners/vendors.
  • Oversee technology integration, people, processes, and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with regional locations on business requirements.
  • Ensure successful project delivery, adhering to best practices.
  • Drive continuous performance improvements and standardise work flows.

  • Extensive experience with cross-disciplinary teams in the technology sector.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
