The role is permanent salary circa £46k plus £1.6k car allowance.
Key duties will include,
- Management of three surveyors.
- Management of planned works including specification, appointment and management of contractors.
- Types of works will be kitchen and bathroom replacements, external painting.
- You must have excellent knowledge of building regs, CDM and housing legislation.
