Your new role
As the Test Project Manager you will manage all testing governance for a large regulatory program in the bank where you will provide support for dry run production testing. You will not be hands on with testing, but coordinating/ managing it.
Key responsibilities include:
- UAT Test Management - running testing calls between tech, risk, and finance testing teams to facilitate issue remediation.
- Planning test plan cycles.
- Project Management/ Business Analysis reporting for JIRA metrics.
- Test Planning/ Test Strategy as well as defect prioritisation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Recent investment banking - front office testing working experience is essential.
- Risk / CVA/ FRTB experience
- Must be articulate - dealing with risk and traders.
- Able to run calls - project management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA.
- Strong experience with UAT/ QA testing processes.
- Great communication skillset and stakeholder management skillset.
- Good ability in using MS Excel.
