A leading, Commercial law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their highly successful and friendly team.
The Opportunity
The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will support Partners and Fee Earners with a variety of matters. Duties to include:
- Assisting with the preparation and review of legal documents
- Conducting title searches and due diligence checks
- Liaising with clients and solicitors
- Drafting correspondence and maintaining accurate files and records
- Conducting legal research
- Assisting in the management of case files from instruction to completion
- Dealing with post-completion matters
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed
This Commercial Property Paralegal opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm
The Requirements
- Experience working as a Paralegal supporting a busy Commercial Property team (essential)
- Experience working within a law firm
