This is a rare opportunity for someone with a solid range of transactional accounts skills who seeks a flexible 15 hour working week.
My client is a service provider, based not far from Stourbridge. This small team of people operates from well appointed offices, and they are now seeking an experienced individual to join them for a 12 month period, to cover a maternity leave.
This person will cover the following in terms of duties:
- Preparation of information for VAT returns
- Processing invoices and obtaining authority to pay
- Complex reconciliations
- Monitoring bank transactions and posting payments
- Resolving issues with suppliers and clients
- Liaising with various stakeholders
This role will suit someone with good communication skills & a decent level of Excel knowledge, who is looking to utilise their skills across a 15 hour working week. Ability to commit to the 12 month contract will be highly regarded.
