Description
- Designing and delivering training programmes for new hires and existing staff
- Working closely with management to identify training needs
- Assisting in the creation of personal development plans
- Monitoring employee performance and response to training
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes and recommending improvements
- Supporting the continuous learning and development of all staff
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders
- Promoting a culture of learning within the company
Profile
A successful Learning and Development Coach should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a coaching or training role within the recruitment consultancy industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate individuals
