Customer Service Administrator

Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a great opportunity for a fantastic client based in Epsom. They are seeking a confident, professional and enthusiastic individual to join their team.

Working within a friendly team, this is a busy role, and they are looking for someone with strong communication and organisation skills, along with excellent attention to detail.

Specific responsibilities of the role will include:

Responding to phone calls and emails from customers

Resolving queries and issues in a timely manner

Liaising with suppliers and couriers

Giving advice to customers about products

Arranging engineer visits where required

Liaising with engineers and scheduling appointments

Generating reports for management

To be considered for this role, you will need:

Previous experience in an office based Customer Service or Administrative role

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Strong administrative skills

Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems

Able to multi task and prioritise

Attention to detail

Please note that this role is fully office based, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.

The company offer a salary depending on experience in the region of £26,000, with benefits including onsite parking, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and genuine opportunities for career progression.
